	Renew\, and Restore: Virtual Yoga Nidra\, a FREE 30-minute Wellness Day 
	offering for all College of the Liberal Arts faculty\, staff\, and stude
	nts\, led by Jill M. Wood\, Teaching Professor in Women&rsquo\;s\, Gende
	r\, and Sexuality Studies and Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).&nbsp\;\n\nYoga nid
	ra is a centuries-old practice of deep relaxation\, during which partici
	pants remain physically still to enable the mind to quiet. Benefits of y
	oga nidra include decreased anxiety\, improved sleep\, improved mood\, a
	nd an increased sense of well-being.\n\nParticipants are welcome to keep
	 their cameras off uring the session. Plan to find a cozy reclined posit
	ion for the practice.&nbsp\;No experience with yoga or meditation is nec
	essary\, and all are welcome to attend!&nbsp\;\n\nThe session will also
