DESCRIPTION:\n\nMichel Hermans is an associate professor at IAE Business
	 School – Austral University in Argentina. A native of the Netherlands\,
	 he obtained his bachelor and master of science degrees in business admi
	nistration at the Rotterdam School of Management\, Erasmus University. M
	ichel completed his doctoral studies (Ph.D.) in industrial and labor rel
	ations at Cornell University in the United States while on a Fulbright s
	cholarship. At IAE Business School\, Michel teaches human resource manag
	ement\, organizational behavior\, and change management in the MBA\, Exe
	cutive MBA\, and in-company programs. He frequently teaches at schools t
	hroughout the Latin American region\, including EGADE-TEC de Monterrey (
	México)\, Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil)\, ESAN Graduate School of Bus
	iness (Peru)\, and IDE Business School (Ecuador). He was a visiting rese
	archer at Florida International University in January 2020. His research
	 interests are at the intersection of strategic human resource managemen
	t and international business. His work has been published in the Journal
	 of International Business Studies\, Human Resource Management Journal\,
	 Journal of Business Research\, Multinational Business Review\, Research
	 in Personnel and Human Resource Management\, and the Harvard Business R
	eview (Latin American edition). Also\, he has authored several book chap
	ters on human resource management in Latin America. Michel was the direc
	tor of studies of IAE Business School’s MBA program from 2014 to 2016 an
	d continues to serve on the program’s advisory board\, focusing specific
	ally on the internationalization of the program. As of 2018\, he has ser
	ved as the director of international accreditations (EQUIS\, AACSB\, AMB
	A). Before his academic career\, Michel worked in the corporate finance 
	division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands\, at the Economic 
	Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations in 
	Argentina (ECLAC/CEPAL)\, and in the internal consulting division of the
