Paterno Fellows Program Chalk Art Contest
Win a monetary prize by presenting your passion for the Liberal Arts in a paragraph and chalk art piece.

Draw something you are passionate about and tell your story! All Liberal Arts students will have the chance to present their area(s) of interest through chalk art drawings on the sidewalks near Sparks Building and an explanatory accompanying paragraph for a chance to win a monetary prize in your LionPATH account (First: $400, Second: $300, Third: $200). Drawing can begin as early as 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September r, in designated areas assigned to participants. Then, from 2:00–3:00 p.m., a panel of three Paterno Fellow judges will view the chalk art designs and accompanying descriptive paragraphs to rank the entries based on creativity, message, and visibility of design. Winners will be announced later at the Liberal Arts After-party.

Chalk and other drawing materials will be provided.

An overview of the event and some tips for success can be found here: CHALK ART TUTORIAL.
