SUMMARY:Paterno Fellows Program Chalk Art Contest
DESCRIPTION:\nDraw something you are passionate about and tell your stor
	y! All Liberal Arts students will have the chance to present their area(
	s) of interest through chalk art drawings on the sidewalks near Sparks B
	uilding and an explanatory accompanying paragraph for a chance to win a 
	monetary prize in your LionPATH account (First: $400\, Second: $300\, Th
	ird: $200). Drawing can begin as early as 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday\, Septe
	mber r\, in designated areas assigned to participants. Then\, from 2:00–
	3:00 p.m.\, a panel of three Paterno Fellow judges will view the chalk a
	rt designs and accompanying descriptive paragraphs to rank the entries b
	ased on creativity\, message\, and visibility of design. Winners will be
	 announced later at the Liberal Arts After-party.\n\nChalk and other dra
