Navigating Technology In The Workplace will walk students though seeking job opportunities, applying for career opportunities, exploring digital screening tools and focus on interviewing with digital platforms. This skill building session will help set students up for success as they seek career opportunities within a virtual environment. Presenter: Kara Muth started her career with Altria in 2005 as a Territory Sales Manager in Narraganset, RI graduating from Bryant University. Throughout her 15 years at Altria, she has had cross functional developmental opportunities holding leadership positions including Unit Manager within the Western, MA market, Local Key Account Responsibilities, Associate Manager of Recruiting for the Northeast Region and most recently Senior Account Manager. Representing the Northeast Region, she is committed to fostering a candidate experience within the University Relations and Experienced Hire talent pipelines, attracting diverse future leaders to join the Altria organization. Personally, and professionally she dedicates her time to helping women within the local community as Co-Chair of the Woman’s Leadership Initiative through the United Way of NWCT to mobilize the power of women to advance the common good in our communities.
