DESCRIPTION:\nJoin Altria Leadership as we navigate in a virtual lens. N
avigating Technology In The Workplace will walk students though seeking
job opportunities\, applying for career opportunities\, exploring digita
l screening tools and focus on interviewing with digital platforms. This
skill building session will help set students up for success as they se
ek career opportunities within a virtual environment. Come join Altria a
nd ask questions to our leadership and explore Summer Internships opport
unities.\n\nPresenter: Kara Muth started her career with Altria in 2005
as a Territory Sales Manager in Narraganset\, RI graduating from Bryant
University. Throughout her 15 years at Altria\, she has had cross functi
onal developmental opportunities holding leadership positions including
Unit Manager within the Western\, MA market\, Local Key Account Responsi
bilities\, Associate Manager of Recruiting for the Northeast Region and
most recently Senior Account Manager. Representing the Northeast Region\
, she is committed to fostering a candidate experience within the Univer
sity Relations and Experienced Hire talent pipelines\, attracting divers
e future leaders to join the Altria organization. Personally\, and profe
ssionally she dedicates her time to helping women within the local commu
nity as Co-Chair of the Woman&rsquo\;s Leadership Initiative through the
United Way of NWCT to mobilize the power of women to advance the common
good in our communities.\n\nWorkshop is provided by the Liberal Arts Ca
