On Friday, September 11th, during the CLS Forum (9:00-10:30am) we will be viewing ‘Speaking in Tongues’, a documentary film about bilingualism and bilingual education programs in the U.S. Following the film, there will be a panel discussion with five Penn State students who have had bilingual education experiences growing up. Invited Panelists: – Christopher
