This exhibit is the result of a collaboration between students from ENGL 413 Advanced Poetry Writing and ART 455 Advanced Painting Critique. Earlier in the semester, students in ENGL 413 met visual artists in ART 455 to view their work and hear about their process. From these conversations, poets wrote ekphrastic poems for the visual artists and those artists produced response paintings, ceramics, and installations for ENGL 413 work. The poems and artwork will be on display Wednesday, November 13 through Saturday, November 23 in the Patterson Gallery, which is through the entrance to the Patterson Building on Curtin Road. The exhibit is open to the public.
