Workshop: How to Apply for Government Jobs as a Historian

Rachel Kline holds a doctoral degree from the University of New Hampshire, where she explored the history of women in conservation and forestry within the Forest Service, and an master of arts in public history from Colorado State University. In addition to teaching at the collegiate level, and offering numerous webinars on forest history, women’s roles, and related topics, she also has fourteen years of experience translating those skills to government contexts. This workshop will share her insights from that career with students interested in following that path as well as detail how to develop an eye-catching resume.
