Why Criminologists Should Care About Drug Policy"

Join The Department of Sociology and Criminology on Wednesday, April 17 for "Why Criminologists Should Care About Drug Policy" with Peter Reuter. The talk will provide an overview of recent drug policy research, giving particular emphasis on what has been learned about drug markets and the effectiveness of control efforts. The introduction of fentanyl into the drug supply has caused a public health crisis in the U.S. but not had any measurable effect on crime.
