Join Jill M. Wood, PhD for a discussion of trauma-informed feminist pedagogical strategies. Jill will discuss both theoretical and practical approaches of feminist trauma-informed pedagogy that considers students’ lived experiences of marginalization and trauma as a specific epistemological stance and as valid ways of knowing.
After her talk, Jill will facilitate a Q & A session. Faculty, instructors, staff & students from any department and discipline are welcome.
