DESCRIPTION:\n\nAre you interested in helping the common good? Making a 
	difference in your community? Explore careers that allow you to make a s
	ocial impact.&nbsp\;\n\nJoin a panel of professionals working in a varie
	ty of agencies doing just that. Explore their career journeys and learn 
	specific information about City Year\, Teach for America and the Peace C
	orps.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nPANELISTS\n\nAlissa Krutoff\, City Year\n\nAlissa
	&nbsp\;Krutoff&nbsp\;currently serves as a Senior&nbsp\;Recruitment&nbsp
	\;Manager in the East Region based in the Philadelphia area.&nbsp\;&nbsp
	\;Alissa&nbsp\;joined the Philadelphia recruitment team in 2011.&nbsp\; 
	After 3 1/2 years&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;moved to Miami to join the South re
	gion and returned to the Northeast in August 2017.\n\nAlissa&nbsp\;is or
	iginally from Cherry Hill\, NJ and graduated from The University of Pitt
	sburgh with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and The History of Art 
	and Architecture\, but it was her time outside of the classroom that ins
	pired her to being a career in Higher Education.&nbsp\; Following gradua
	tion she worked as a Traveling Educational Consultant for her national s
	orority Alpha Epsilon Phi.&nbsp\; After successfully leading the coloniz
	ation process at The University of Central Florida\, she was hired back 
	as The Director of New Group Development.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;rece
	ived her Masters in Higher Education from Rowan University in Glassboro\
	, NJ.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nHer favorite part of her job is connecting with s
	tudents\, to let them realize that learning does not stop at graduation!
	&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nIn her spare time&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;serves as a Natio
	nal Panhellenic Council Area adviser.&nbsp\; When she isn&#39\;t working
	 with college students&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;can be found spending time wit
	h her 2 nieces or in her sewing room!&nbsp\; She not only makes clothing
	 for herself and nieces but sells custom made clothing.&nbsp\; She loves
	 talking about that as much as talking about City Year\, just ask!\n\nTa
	l Mintz\, Teach for America\n\nTal Mintz grew up in Ossining\, New York 
	and is a dual citizen of Israel. He attended Ithaca College and earned a
	 Bachelor of Arts in writing with minors in politics and sport studies. 
	Tal was passionate about finding an opportunity that involved advocacy\,
	 community engagement\, and direct impact for after graduation. Tal ende
	d up applying and joining Teach For America and committed to serve in Me
	mphis\, TN.\n\nIn Memphis\, Tal had the amazing opportunity to be a kind
	ergarten\, first\, and second grade play teacher\, a fifth-grade writing
	 teacher\, and the assistant rugby coach of a high school. During his tw
	o-year commitment as a corps member with TFA\, Tal had the enormous priv
	ilege to teach and work with over 500 students. Tal transitioned from th
	e classroom to the recruitment team to help bring incredible leaders int
	o schools and help college students find their path and place in address
	ing educational inequity.\n\nTal now lives in Philadelphia\, Pa with his
	 girlfriend\, Olivia\, and their dog\, Wilco.\n\nAndrew Maguire\, Peace 
	Corps&nbsp\;\n\nAs Penn State&rsquo\;s dedicated Peace Corps Recruiter\,
	 Andrew works to spread the word about Peace Corps\, assists interested 
	individuals in understanding the Peace Corps experience and helps candid
	ates navigate the application and interview process.\n\nAndrew earned hi
	s B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and shortly 
	after graduation\, left to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer working on w
	ater and sanitation projects in rural Kenya. He has subsequently had a s
	uccessful engineering career in the water and wastewater industry\, work
	ing on projects around the world. His recent transition to his recruiter
	 position is derived from his passion to talking about his career journe
	y and the how impactful his Peace Corps experience was. Please email And
