Self-Care and Stress Management

It’s important to take care of yourself and develop strategies for managing the multiple demands and pressures of college in order to succeed and enjoy your Penn State experience.  This program will focus on general stress management issues and strategies such as body awareness & relaxation, lifestyle issues, self-talk, and communication/support.  Participants will discuss stressors, be guided through a relaxation activity, and will be encouraged to develop their own stress management contract.
