Martina Vecchi, assistant professor of agricultural economics, will present "Daily stressors and Food Choices: A Lab Experiment with Low-SES Mothers" as part of the School of Public Policy's Fall Speaker Series. Vecchi is an applied behavioral economist with an interest in health and environmental issues. Her recent experimental work studies the effects of environmental determinants on food choices, such as stress, food advertisement, or using food as rewards.
