Are you curious about the world of work – and how you can improve it? Feeling worried that the pandemic could threaten your future internships and career prospects? Want to join a major or minor that helps students overcome today’s challenges and become successful professionals?
Join us Tuesday, October 12, 2021 (or in-person in 104 Keller Building!), for a two-part event designed to help you get to know more about what the School of LER can offer you.
At 7:00 p.m., we'll be hosting an undergraduate information session designed for all our prospective and current Labor and Human Resource majors and minors. Interact with our faculty and staff and get a chance to meet other LHR students! We'll end the evening with a swag giveaway and a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card.
At 8:00 p.m., we'll move into the Grad Open House portion of this event. Our business-related master’s program is a great opportunity for liberal arts majors or those with an interest in business and HR/ER. Plus, If you're majoring in LHR, psychology, or Spanish, you could complete the integrated undergraduate-graduate master's program and graduate with a BS and MS in five years instead of six!
This will be a packed event you won't want to miss!
For more than seventy-five years, the School of Labor and Employment Relations has been making workplaces better places through teaching, research, outreach, and service. We empower our students to meet challenges head-on and to become professionals in a wide range of Human Resource (HR) and Employment Relations (ER) careers.
