	 the Technology and Digital Platforms Section (TDP) and has served on mo
	re than a half-dozen trial teams since joining the Antitrust Division in
	 2011.&nbsp\; \n\nBender holds a bachelor of arts degree in political sc
	ience and minors in business\, history\, and international studies from 
	Penn State. He also has a paralegal certificate from Suffolk University.
