We are excited to welcome Lindsay Savelli, program ,anager for the Environmental Justice Action Research Clinic (EJ Clinic) at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health, as our guest speaker.

Her talk will center on “Environmental Justice in the U.S. South: How Community Organizing and Campus-Community Partnerships Can Promote Thriving Communities”

Savelli will share her expertise on the importance of community organizing and collaboration between campuses and local communities in advancing environmental justice. This is an excellent opportunity for students in the MPP cohort and those in agriculture, economics, geography, or environmental policy to gain valuable insights into this critical issue.
