SUMMARY:“A Plum Village Meditation” with Shantum Seth
DESCRIPTION:\nShantum Seth is a Dharmacharya (teacher) in the Zen Buddhi
	st lineage (of the Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh). He has been teaching in I
	ndia\, Asia\, and across the world\, and has been leading pilgrimages ‘I
	n the Footsteps of the Buddha’ and other multi-faith and transformative 
	journeys since 1988.\n\nHe is actively involved in social\, environmenta
	l\, and educational programs including work on bringing mindfulness to s
	chools and universities\, the police and paramilitary forces\, amongst o
	thers. This is pioneered by the non-profit trust\, Ahimsa\, of which he 
	is the guiding teacher.\n\nHe is a senior adviser to the World Bank and 
	also advises the Ministry of Tourism\, Government of India on Pilgrimage
	 Tourism. He worked in the corporate sector and later in social advocacy
	 and development\, fifteen years of which were with the United Nations D
	evelopment Program\, managing programs on volunteer promotion and artisa
	n development across sixteen countries.\n\nHis commitment to a cross-cul
	tural understanding\, with a mission of ‘Peace in Oneself\, Peace in the
	 World’ has led him to travel to more than sixty countries and nearly ev
	ery state of India. Having lived in England\, the United States\, and Fr
	ance (in a monastery) for over fourteen years\, he now lives with his fa
