Career success requires preparation, hard work, and perseverance. At the third annual Penn State Women: Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, current students will have the opportunity to connect with successful Penn State alumnae.
In a panel discussion, which will be followed by a reception for all in attendance, alumnae will talk about the challenges facing women in leadership positions, help students think through career options, and offer guidance to Penn State students who hope to become the next generation of leaders.
Panelists include a Google executive, the founder of a strategic communications company, a CEO of a social services organization, and a recent Paterno Fellow grad studying children's behaviors.
In addition to the panel and reception on Wednesday evening, students can sign up for one-on-one meetings with the panelists on the morning of Thursday, Oct. 4. Learn more at http://www.la.psu.edu/alumni/get-involved/penn-state-women-leaders-of-today-and-tomorrow.
