In 2021, NEW Leadership PA will be offered virtually in collaboration with NEW Leadership programs across the United States. NEW Leadership prepares women leaders for the twenty-first century, ready to step forward with vision, courage, and the skills to meet the challenges ahead. Each year, a diverse group of women from two- and four- year schools across Pennsylvania is selected to attend NEW Leadership. Participants become part of a network of current and future women leaders who share a commitment to making a difference in their communities.
