DESCRIPTION:\n\nOn Friday\, September 11th\, during the CLS Forum (9:00-
	10:30am) we will be viewing 'Speaking in Tongues'\, a documentary film a
	bout bilingualism and bilingual education programs in the U.S. Following
	 the film\, there will be a panel discussion with five Penn State studen
	ts who have had bilingual education experiences growing up.\n\n&nbsp\;\n
