Jacqualyn Lafaro is the Manager of Early Career Programs for Otis across the United States. She joined Otis in February 2020 in a different position and had the opportunity to take on a new challenge in this role in August of this year. As a liberal arts major in college, she realized there were many different routes you can take your degree and aims to help students find their career paths as well.
