	n\nKatie McDonald\, POLITICO\n\nKatie graduated from college in 2014 and
	 began working as an educational consulting&nbsp\;for a few years before
	 falling into recruiting. She loves recruiting because it allows her to 
	connect with all types of candidates and help them to find amazing oppor
	tunities within POLITICO or her network.\n\nKatie currently works for PO
	LITICO but prior to this also recruited in NYC for a tech company and a 
	charter school network. In her spare time\, she joys hiking\, skiing\, a
	nd exploring Washington\, D.C.&nbsp\;\n\nAlissa Krutoff\, City Year\n\nA
	lissa&nbsp\;Krutoff&nbsp\;currently serves as a Senior&nbsp\;Recruitment
	&nbsp\;Manager in the East Region based in the Philadelphia area.&nbsp\;
	&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;joined the Philadelphia recruitment team in 2011.&nb
	sp\; After 3 1/2 years&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\;moved to Miami to join the Sou
	th region and returned to the Northeast in August 2017.\n\nAlissa&nbsp\;
	is originally from Cherry Hill\, NJ and graduated from The University of
	 Pittsburgh with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and The History of
	 Art and Architecture\, but it was her time outside of the classroom tha
	t inspired her to being a career in Higher Education.&nbsp\; Following g
	raduation she worked as a Traveling Educational Consultant for her natio
	nal sorority Alpha Epsilon Phi.&nbsp\; After successfully leading the co
	lonization process at The University of Central Florida\, she was hired 
	back as The Director of New Group Development.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Alissa&nbsp\
	;received her Masters in Higher Education from Rowan University in Glass
	boro\, NJ.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nHer favorite part of her job is connecting w
	ith students\, to let them realize that learning does not stop at gradua
	tion!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nMegan Eckart\, GEICO\n\nMegan Eckart is a Regiona
	l College Recruiter at GEICO. She graduated with her degree in Psycholog
	y and Criminal Justice from Ferrum College. Megan has been with GEICO fo
	r 8 years and has help multiple positions within the company\, starting 
	in sales and making her way to in Human Resources.\n\nMegan has a passio
	n for helping Liberal Art students find different job opportunities.\n\n
	Kelly O. Morgan\, Lockheed Martin Corporation&nbsp\;\n\nKelly O. Morgan 
	has been a College Recruiter at Lockheed Martin since June 2019. Kelly w
	as a &ldquo\;2+2&rdquo\; commonwealth transfer student\, completing two 
	years at the Altoona Campus before finishing her degree at University Pa
	rk.\n\nWhile she was a student\, Kelly was a Lion Ambassador\, an underg
	raduate research assistant in the Diversity Recruiting &amp\; Retention 
	Lab\, and part of the Penn State Student SHRM-SLER. Kelly holds her BS i
	n Psychology (Business Option) with a minor in Labor &amp\; Employment R
	elations and graduated with the Class of 2019.\n\nThis event is provided
