	ty-Third Annual Outstanding Alumni Lecture on Thursday\, November 3! Her
	 talk\, &ldquo\;The Journey vs. The Destination: Your &lsquo\;Why&rsquo\
	; is What Really Matters\,&rdquo\; is free and open to the public.\n\nDi
	onne earned her master&rsquo\;s degree in Human Resources and Employment
	 Relations through Penn State World Campus. She also holds a juris docto
	rate degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a certif
	icate in conflict resolution from Cornell University.\n\nA staunch and p
	assionate advocate for women\, children\, people of color\, individuals 
	with disabilities\, and animals\, Dionne is a dedicated leader with more
	 than twenty-three years of combined professional experience in the lega
	l\, human resources\, and DEI sectors. She currently serves as the vice 
	president for people and culture at American Jewish World Service (AJWS)
