DESCRIPTION:\nThis film series aims to foster interdisciplinary conversa
tions around East and Southeast Asian history\, culture\, politics\, and
aesthetics through cinema. Our lineup brings together a great variety o
f films\, such as activist documentary\, black comedy\, avant-garde thri
llers\, and even a Korean War musical performed by an EXO member. We hop
e these screenings will help with hightening the visibility of East and
Southeast Asian cultures on campus\, fostering pedagogical conversations
on Asia both within the classroom and beyond\, and provide opportunitie
