Spreadsheets are a highly structured way to present, manipulate, and store data, but not everyone in the humanities has experience working with them. If you're intimidated by spreadsheets because they think you should know this already—it’s ok! Everyone has to start somewhere.
By the end of the workshop, you will understand the components of a spreadsheet, identify relationships between columns, and perform some basic manipulations of your data.
Taught by Dr. Heather Froehlich, the literary informatics librarian at University Libraries.
