DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the&nbsp\;Penn State&nbsp\;Sustainability Institute&n
	bsp\;for its spring 2023 lineup of the&nbsp\;Intersections&nbsp\;Film Se
	ries\, integrating stories of community resilience in the face of sustai
	nability challenges around the theme of &ldquo\;Building Better Bonds.&r
	dquo\;\n\nOn&nbsp\;March 1 at 7:00 p.m.\, we will be&nbsp\;screening onl
	ine&nbsp\;The Empowerment Project\, a moving journey led by six young fe
	male filmmakers seeking out stories of women overcoming obstacles and a 
	lack of role models to become leaders in a wide array of initiatives fro
	m beer\, making to aviation\, mathematics to ballet. As part of an engag
	ing month-long road trip across the country\, they learn that the only l
	imitation women face is the story that they tell themselves&mdash\;once 
	you are willing to try and not fear failure\, anything is possible.\n\nA
	ll films in the series are free and open to all students\, faculty\, sta
	ff\, alumni\, and community members. All events will be streamed online 
	to allow participation from all Penn State campuses\, neighboring commun
	ities\, and alumni. Pre-registration for all events is required and can 
	be completed at the&nbsp\;Intersections&nbsp\;website.\n\nPost-film disc
	ussions focus on finding solutions to problems and connecting Penn State
	rs to resources and opportunities to get involved on and off campus.\n\n
	The series is co-presented by&nbsp\;WPSU&nbsp\;with significant programm
	ing support from the&nbsp\;Center for Global Workers&rsquo\; Rights&nbsp
