Diandra Esparza is is an organizational development strategist, environmental justice leader, published writer, poet, and speaker. She emphasizes the importance of culture in our connection to the land and advocates for diverse stories to be accessible to future generations. Come learn more about how environmentalism as a movement has and must intersect with the needs and issues of underrepresented communities and also to infuse joy in the work in order to be more successful at ensuring climate justice for all.
