DESCRIPTION:\nJoin Penn State&#39\;s McCourtney Institute for Democracy 
	and the College of the Liberal Arts for an evening with&nbsp\;Laura Rose
	nberger\,&nbsp\;a leader in the effort to protect our democracy from for
	eign interference.\n\nLaura is a Penn State alumna and senior fellow and
	 director of the bipartisan Alliance for Securing Democracy at The Germa
	n Marshall Fund (GMF) of the United States. Before joining the GMF\, she
	 was foreign policy advisor for Hillary for America\, where she coordina
	ted development of the campaign&rsquo\;s national security policies\, me
	ssaging\, and strategy. Prior to that\, she served in a range of positio
	ns at the State Department and the White House&rsquo\;s National Securit
	y Council.\n\nShe received her master&rsquo\;s degree in international p
	eace and conflict resolution from American University&rsquo\;s School of
