This session will offer an inside view of HR at IBM while giving you the opportunity to ask your most pressing questions about the IBM intern program.

IBM’s HR Internship Program is the primary pipeline to be considered for the HR Leadership Development Program. The internships are intended to challenge participants and advance their leadership and analytical skills through experiential learning. The IBM Human Resources Team is a strategic partner to the business, advancing the company's goals through innovative solutions. HR interns do meaningful work in a range of areas, including compensation, diversity, recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Many interns who successfully complete this internship are recommended for the full-time HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). The IBM HRLDP is where early-career professionals come to accelerate their careers. IBM designed this program to support extraordinary IBMers in their growth as HR leaders. Participants receive personalized executive mentorship, job rotations in high-impact positions and comprehensive leadership training. HRLDP alumni benefit from new global networks and exposure to the people and initiatives that drive our business.

This session will be offered both online and open to students attending in-person in 202 Chambers Building to meet and greet former summer interns and maybe get some IBM swag.
