Graduate School: Should I Go?

Liberal Arts Career Week Event

Considering graduate school but not sure if now is the time to go? Interested in learning more about the application and selection process? Join Terri Frasca and other Liberal Arts graduate students to learn more and consider your options.

Terri Frasca, Dual PhD candidate in Psychology and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies

BIOGRAPHY:

Terri Frasca conducts research at the intersection of social psychology and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies. In particular, Terri studies the experiences of women in the workplace from an intersectional framework, also considering how identities such as race and sexual orientation change those experiences and how to capture them using intersectional methodologies. In addition, Terri examines how apologies and being labeled as “emotional” affect perceptions of agency and competency, and if these relationships are gendered.

This event is provided by the Liberal Arts Career Enrichment Network and is part of Liberal Arts Career Week (LACW). Please check out other LACW in Nittany Lion Careers. If you have any questions, please contact lanetwork@psu.edu or 814-865-1070
