Josh Fields is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader, disability advocate, and social entrepreneur from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. At just sixteen, Josh founded The Next Step Programs, a nonprofit committed to creating inclusive opportunities for young adults with intellectual disabilities. What began as a student-led initiative has since grown into a full-service organization impacting hundreds of individuals and families each year across Southeastern Pennsylvania.
