2025-2026 Ukrainian Lecture Series

Preston Stewart is a U.S. Army veteran and defense analyst specializing in modern warfare and emerging military technologies. Drawing on his operational experience and recent firsthand observations from Ukraine, Stewart will explore in his lecture how Russia’s ongoing war against Ukraine has accelerated the evolution of military technology and battlefield tactics — developments with direct implications for the next generation of military officers and defense professionals. He will also discuss Ukraine’s prospects and what this war means for the future of U.S. national security
