2026 Fisher Family Writer-In-Residence: Lynn Emanuel

Lynn Emanuel is the author of six books of poetry, most recently Transcript of the Disappearance, Exact and Diminishing.  Her work has been published and reviewed in The New York Times Book Review, The New York Review of Books, LA Review of Books, BOMB Magazine, Poetry, and Publisher’s Weekly. The Nerve of It: New and Selected Poems as awarded the Lenore Marshall Award by The Academy of American Poets. Her poetry has been translated into Russian, Spanish, Mongolian, French, and Urdu.
