Amanda Scott is hosting a workshop, "First Research Forays: Libraries, Archives, and Other Messy Places" lead by Lu Ann Homza. The workshop is  geared toward grad students and advanced undergrads on the topic of what to expect during first archival trips. The event is free and open to the public, but I would like to request those planning on attending the workshop email me (als7146@psu.edu) in advance so I can get a headcount as we will be serving lunch. Please feel free to share this with students or other colleagues who might be interested.
