The Film Studies Working Group presents a screening of News from Home (1976, 88 min.) by Chantal Akerman. The screening will be followed by a talk titled “Photographic Arrest: Form and Structure in News from Home” by Merve Şen (Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow in Comparative Literature) and Matt Tierney (Associate Professor of English).
