“The Effect of Goals Primed in the Subconscious on Organizational Behavior”
A lecture by Gary Latham, Professor of Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Toronto

Gary Latham is a fellow and past president of the Canadian Psychological Association, past president of Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Division 1 (organizational psychology) of the International Association of Applied Psychology. He has also served on the boards of the Center for Creative Leadership, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the society's Foundation Board.

Latham is a Fellow of the Academy of Management, the Association for Psychological Science, the National Association of Human Resource Management, and the Royal Society of Canada. He has received numerous awards, including the Herbart H. Heneman Jr. Award for Career Achievement in Human Resource Management and the Distinguished Scholar-Practitioner Award from the Academy of Management; the Lifetime Achievement Award from the academy's Organizational Behavior Division and the Thomas A. Mahoney Mentoring Award from its Human Resource Management Division; and the Michael R. Losey Human Resource Research Award from the Society for Human Research Management.
