Liberal Arts Career Week Event

Join TFA and our incredible speaker, Alexa Broderick, who serves as the Managing Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity for Teach For America as we dive into DEI in the workplace. This session is meant to help us navigate companies and organizations' commitment to DEI and their values.

We will discuss strategies on how to probe for DEI priorities at career fairs and in job interviews. Lastly, we want to explore our own shortcomings in DEI and what Teach For America is doing and has done to center DEI in our daily work and actions. You can expect to walk away with language that helps you facilitate your own DEI conversations as you embark in your own career searching.
