Penn State’s Sixteenth Annual De Jong Lecture in Social Demography will take place Friday, October 1. This year’s speaker will be Dr. Hans-Peter Kohler, Frederick J. Warren Professor of Sociology and co-director of the Population Aging Research Center at the University of Pennsylvania. His presentation is titled, “Surviving Two Epidemics: Resilience and Health in the Malawi Longitudinal Study of Families and Health (MLSFH) 1998–2021.”
