This three-week meditation course is designed to help new meditators learn the basics of meditation practice and bring the benefits to their daily lives. Each session will introduce meditation practices grounded on Korean Buddhist philosophy to help participants establish a strong and consistent daily practice. Attending all the sessions helps participants cultivate awareness, stability, and courage in the face of the daily complexities we all experience.
