	ean Academy of Sciences and Arts for his outstanding contribution in the
	 field of interdisciplinary studies. He has been invited as Tagore Profe
	ssor 2024 at the Institute of South Asian Studies\, University of Califo
	rnia\, Berkeley.\n\nHe has authored more than hundred papers in leading 
	journals like\, Critical Inquiry\, Diacritics\, SubStance\, University o
	f Toronto Quarterly\, MLN\, Comparative Education Review\, Canadian Revi
	ew of Comparative Literature\, Symploke\, Oxford Literary Review\, Histo
	ry and Theory\, Clio\, American Book Review\, the Minnesota Review and o
	thers\, and has seventeen books to his name which include Thinking Liter
	ature Across Continents (with J Hillis Miller\, Duke University Press 20
