Dr. Jeffery Ulmer is the director of Criminal Justice Research Center and a professor of sociology and criminology at Penn State. He will kick off the CJRC’s Spring Speaker Series with a talk titled, “Defendants, Victims, and Court Communities:  What We’ve Learned from Studying Murder Cases for Ten Years.”
