Sharon Callahan
Sharon Callahan graduated from Penn State in 1983 with a bachelor of science degree in French Business. As part of her degree program, she studied with Penn State at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie in Nice, France. She moved to Washington, D.C. after graduation, and in 1985, began a thirty-four-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency, where she worked in a number of mission areas, including Counterterrorism; Counterintelligence; Africa; East Asia; and Cyber. She served overseas in Africa, Asia, and Europe, and represented the Agency for two years at the FBI’s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force. She retired at the end of 2019 as an Executive Manager, receiving the Agency’s Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.
Sharon currently works part-time as an instructor and mentor with the Agency’s new hires. She also completed a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) and works with students from other countries who are learning English. She maintains proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian, and enjoys participating in the College of the Liberal Arts’ Mentor Program. Sharon is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Herndon, VA. She has a daughter, Emily, who graduated from Penn State’s College of Communications in 2018.
John Warrington
John Warrington is a retired supervisory special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he led teams in executive protection, criminal investigations, SWAT operations, and crisis response. He has more than thirty years of law enforcement and intelligence experience.
Since retirement, he served as vice president of executive protection for the Chubb Insurance Company. Currently, John is the managing partner of the Overwatch Security Group, connecting subject matter experts who specialize in providing clients with specific security solutions addressing personnel protection, threat assessment, and various unique requests.
John received his bachelor of science degree in individual and family Studies and a master of professional studies in psychology of leadership both from Penn State.
Kevin Wulfhorst
Kevin C. Wulfhorst is a supervisory intelligence analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Newark NJ Field Office. He leads a team of intelligence analysts and staff operations specialists that provide threat intelligence research and analysis to investigations that identify and mitigate threats related to public corruption, healthcare fraud and civil rights crimes. He has served in the FBI since 2004, and prior to joining the FBI, he was a manager in the change management practice of the Accenture Metro New York Office from 1996 to 2004.
As an army officer, he served on active duty and reserve for over thirty-four years with a variety of assignments across the world.  In his last assignment, Major General Wulfhorst served on active-duty as the assistant deputy chief of staff for intelligence, G-2, U.S. Army, in Pentagon from 2016 to 2020. MG Wulfhorst has received numerous awards throughout his career.
Kevin graduated from Penn State with bachelor of arts degrees in history and Russian. MG Wulfhorst is a graduate of the armor officers basic and advanced courses, the military intelligence officer transition course, counterintelligence, and imagery analysis courses, the signal officers advanced course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, the Command and General Staff College, the Advanced Joint Professional Military Education – II (AJPME-II) and the U.S. Army War College.
Kevin received a master of education degree in human services and human resource administration from Boston University. He holds a master of science degree in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a master of strategic studies degree from the U.S. Army War College.
