	Daniel Soeffing is a DEA agent who is stationed in Philadelphia.&nbsp\; 
	He holds a law degree and served as a prosecutor before joining the DEA.
	&nbsp\; Daniel has led multiple successful drug trafficking investigatio
	ns during his tenure at the DEA.\n\nFrank Marsh is an instructor at the 
	FBI Academy in Quantico\, Virginia.&nbsp\; He is an expert in communicat
	ion analysis and worked previously as an intelligence analyst for the U.
	S. military and National Drug Intelligence Center.\n\nThe Honorable Jose
	ph Migliozzi is a Norfolk (Virginia) Circuit Court Judge. Before his app
	ointment to the bench\, Judge Migliozzi served as capital defender\, the
	 attorney tasked with handling appeals for death row inmates. He success
	fully argued Atkins v. Virginia before the U.S. Supreme Court\, which re
	sulted in the court ruling that executing mentally challenged inmates wa
	s cruel and unusual.\n\nLieutenant Jillian Jeffers joined the United Sta
	tes Capitol Police in 2005. She has served in a variety of mission-drive
	n roles. This includes serving as the Commission on Accreditation for La
	w Enforcement (CALEA) Accreditation Manager for the Department. In this 
	position she coordinated CALEA on-site assessments that led to successfu
	l re-accreditation. She also served on the First Responder Unit\, Patrol
	 Mobile Response Division and was detailed to the Office of the Chief Ad
	ministrative Officer to serve as a liaison for congressional support on 
	policy development. Her career accomplishments include serving on the 58
	th Presidential Inaugural Task Force\, and working as a Police Officer R
	ecruiter. She is currently assigned to the Training Services Bureau. In 
	this role\, she helps to train and support recruits at the Federal Law E
