Bios:
Daniel Soeffing is a DEA agent who is stationed in Philadelphia. He holds a law degree and served as a prosecutor before joining the DEA. Daniel has led multiple successful drug trafficking investigations during his tenure at the DEA.
Frank Marsh is an instructor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He is an expert in communication analysis and worked previously as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. military and National Drug Intelligence Center.
The Honorable Joseph Migliozzi is a Norfolk (Virginia) Circuit Court Judge. Before his appointment to the bench, Judge Migliozzi served as capital defender, the attorney tasked with handling appeals for death row inmates. He successfully argued Atkins v. Virginia before the U.S. Supreme Court, which resulted in the court ruling that executing mentally challenged inmates was cruel and unusual.
Lieutenant Jillian Jeffers joined the United States Capitol Police in 2005. She has served in a variety of mission-driven roles. This includes serving as the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement (CALEA) Accreditation Manager for the Department. In this position she coordinated CALEA on-site assessments that led to successful re-accreditation. She also served on the First Responder Unit, Patrol Mobile Response Division and was detailed to the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer to serve as a liaison for congressional support on policy development. Her career accomplishments include serving on the 58th Presidential Inaugural Task Force, and working as a Police Officer Recruiter. She is currently assigned to the Training Services Bureau. In this role, she helps to train and support recruits at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland
