Speaker Bios:
- Adam Banks: Adam is a video project lead at Google. He graduated from Penn State in 2018 with master of arts degree in International Affairs and a bachelor of arts degree in International Politics.
- Hannah Bracale: Hannah is an enterprise account executive at LILT, the leading AI solution for enterprise translation and content creation. Prior to joining LILT and the world of tech sales in April of 2024, Hannah was a business development director at Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory firm and a member of the S&P 500. After graduating from Penn State in 2013, she started her career at TransPerfect, where she spent nearly six years working her way from an Account Manager to a Director of Strategic Accounts, supporting life sciences clients through their translation and international regulatory processes. Recently, Hannah established the “Pass-It-On” Scholarship for upper division students majoring in English with demonstrated financial need. She was awarded the Outstanding Young English Alumni Award in spring 2021 and continues to participate in various speaking and mentorship engagements with the College of the Liberal Arts. She currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Seth Hernandez: Seth is the CEO and co-founder of mapEDU, a cutting-edge AI-driven software created to transform curriculum mapping, exam tagging and analytics, specially tailored for health professional schools. With over ten years of entrepreneurial experience, Seth loves helping others avoid the hurdles and hiccups that every entrepreneur faces. Seth earned his Economics degree in 2006.
- Jordan Klavans: Jordan is a managing consultant for IBM’s Federal Data and Technology Transformation practice in Washington, D.C. In this role, Jordan functions as a project manager implementing new technologies, improving processes and procedures, and drives data-driven decision-making. He’s worked on programs for a variety of federal agencies and has been working on programs at the FDA for the last couple of years. Jordan also supports IBM’s policy and research initiatives in D.C. which include its think tank (IBM Institute for Business Value) and its government and regulatory affairs office. Prior to starting his professional career, Jordan graduated from Penn State in 2017 with a bachelor of science degree in Economics, bachelor of arts degree in Political Science, and minor in Business. He was a Paterno Fellow, Schreyer Honors Scholar, and a proud Liberal Arts Envoy! He's a huge Penn State football fan and loves when they come to Maryland for what often becomes a home game on the road.
