	nt will feature alumni mentors from our Liberal Arts Alumni Mentor Progr
	am who will share information about their career paths and industry\, as
	 well as helpful advice! Attend these events to network with alumni and

	erested in a career in the sustainability field? Join alumni from a vari
	ety of backgrounds and organizations to learn more about their career jo
	urneys!\n\nPanelists:\n\nCaroline Hauser: Independent Consultant\, Forme
	r Director\, Sustainable Innovation MBA Program at Univerity of Vermont\
	n\n	Caroline has over a decade of experience collaborating with mission-
	driven organizations to help achieve their goals. As a naturally curious
	 person who loves to learn\, she has worked in human resources\, tech\, 
	finance\, and academia. This range of industries and responsibilities ha
	s given her an interdisciplinary perspective on problem solving\, and sh
	e is currently an independent consultant focusing on the intersections o
	f business\, policy\, and impact. Previously she was the Director of the
	 Sustainable Innovation MBA Program at University of Vermont\, named the
	 #1 Green MBA in the US by the Princeton Review.\n\n	\n\n	She has a bach
	elor&rsquo\;s degree from Penn State and an MBA from University of Vermo
	nt. In her free time\, she enjoys hiking\, yoga\, skiing\, and cooking. 
	\n\nLindsay Forney: HRIS Expert at W&auml\;rtsil&auml\;&nbsp\;\n\n	Linds
	ay Forney is an HRIS (HR Information Systems) Expert at W&auml\;rtsil&au
	ml\;\, a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solution
	s for the marine and energy markets with over 17\,000 employees.&nbsp\; 
	W&auml\;rtsil&auml\; emphasizes innovation in sustainable technology and
	 services to help customers continuously improve their environmental and
	 economic performance.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; \n\n	\n\n	In her current role\, Lin
	dsay is responsible for maintenance and small developments in all global
	 HR information systems as well as technical implementation for employee
	 engagement surveys in Qualtrics.&nbsp\; She is a self-proclaimed &ldquo
	\;data nerd&rdquo\; and feels like she has finally found her true passio
	n in this role. \n\n	\n\n	Previously Lindsay has worked as an HR Manager
	 for American Hydro Corporation\, A W&auml\;rtsil&auml\; Company\, Recru
	iter for EDSI\, HR Generalist with Kmart Distribution\, and Project Cons
	ultant for EB Jacobs LLC &ndash\; a very diverse set of companies and ex
	periences all bringing their own skills and learnings through the years.
	&nbsp\;\n\n	\n\n	Outside of work\, Lindsay also serves as a Subaru Ambas
	sador\, sharing her love for the brand and volunteering in the local com
	munity.&nbsp\; She is also an avid runner with the goal to run a half ma
	rathon in every US state\, and is an advocate for using running as a men
