John Allegro '17, Re cruiter, Talent Acquisition Team, Federal Reserve Board, Washington, D.C .

John will be discussing both careers in human resources and recruiting as well as internship and job opportunities with the Federal Reserve Board.

John (2017, MA – Educational Theory and ;Policy, BS – Education and Public Policy) is a recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., where he oversees a portfolio of technical and non-technical full life-cycle recruiting, the agency’s New Employee Orientation progr am, and a portion of its early career strategy & summer intern progr am. He serves as co-chair of the LGBTQA+ Employee Resource Group, leadin g event planning & educational programming.

While at Pen n State, John did a 4+1 master’s program in the Education Policy p rogram (College of Education).
