	ods\, Esq.\, President and CEO\, Philadelphia Futures\n\nSara L. Woods\,
	 Esq. is privileged to serve as the President and CEO of Philadelphia Fu
	tures\, a nonprofit organization that supports low-income\, first-genera
	tion-to-college students with the tools\, resources and opportunities to
	 gain admission to\, succeed in and graduate from college. Sara previous
	ly served as Executive Director of Philadelphia VIP\, a nonprofit that r
	ecruits\, trains\, and supports lawyers who volunteer to help low-income
	 Philadelphians tackle critical legal problems. Sara also was the Direct
	or of Public interest Careers and Pro Bono Programs at Villanova Univers
	ity School of Law. She began her legal career as a public interest lawye
	r representing survivors of domestic violence at Delaware County Domesti
	c Abuse Project and Philadelphia&#39\;s Women Against Abuse Legal Center
	. Sara serves as President of the Board of Directors of Access Matters\,
	 which works to equalize access to sexual and reproductive health care f
	or teens and adults in need\, and on the advisory board of the Crime Vic
	tims Law Project. She previously served as an adjunct professor at Villa
	nova University School of Law where she created and taught a Public Inte
	rest Lawyering course. She has been a volunteer leader for Women&#39\;s 
	Way\, Community Legal Services\, and New Directions for Women. She is an
	 active alumni volunteer with Penn State\, participating in the College 
	of the Liberal Arts&#39\; Alumni Mentor Program\, law careers\, and Wome
	n in Leadership programs and serving as an alumni admissions interviewer
	 for the Schreyer Honors College. Sara is a proud graduate of Penn State
	 (B.A)\, Villanova University School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova Univers
	ity (M.P.A.)\n\nLarissa Gil-Sanhueza\, Young Adult Program Manager\, Fri
	ends Committee on National Legislation&nbsp\;\n\nAs the Young Adult Prog
	ram Manager\, Larissa Gil Sanhueza focuses on developing and training yo
	ung adult advocates around the country. Specifically\, she manages the A
	dvocacy Corps program\, a group of 20 young adult organizers who mobiliz
	e their communities around one legislative issue every year. Larissa als
	o oversees recruitment for Spring Lobby Weekend\, a four day lobbying an
	d educational event that brings together 500 young people from around th
	e country.\n\nLarissa graduated from the Pennsylvania State University i
	n 2018. As a student\, Larissa was involved with the Mock Trial Associat
	ion\, student government\, and Planned Parenthood. Before working at FCN
	L\, Larissa served as a fellow in the Pennsylvania House of Representati
	ves. In her capacity as a House Fellow\, she wrote a bill clarifying the
	 guidelines used in child custody cases in which one of the parents has 
	committed a sexually violent crime.\n\nKatherine Wheatle\, Director of J
	ustice and Equity\, The David &amp\; Lucile Packard Foundation\n\nKather
	ine Wheatle is the inaugural director of justice and equity grantmaking.
	 In this role\, Katherine works collaboratively with Foundation staff to
	 realize and deepen the foundation&rsquo\;s commitment to justice and eq
	uity throughout its grantmaking. Katherine also drives the grantmaking s
	trategy of the foundation&rsquo\;s $100M fund committed to anti-Black ra
	cism in the United States.\n\nPrior to joining the Foundation\, Katherin
	e served as a strategy officer for federal policy and equity at the Lumi
	na Foundation\, where she supported the development and advancement of t
	he foundation&rsquo\;s federal policy priorities to increase postseconda
	ry educational attainment and affordability. Katherine&rsquo\;s intellec
	tual and research pursuits explore the history of race and racism enacte
	d through higher education policy.\n\nA first-generation college graduat
	e\, Katherine holds a B.S. in African and African American Studies from 
	Pennsylvania State University\, M.S.P.H. in Health Policy and Health Ser
	vice Research from Emory University\, and Ph.D. in Higher Education from
