DESCRIPTION:\nRepresentative Adrian Tam was born and raised in Honolulu\
	, Hawaii. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in History from Penn Sta
	te\, he returned to Hawaii and became a licensed real estate agent. In 2
	016\, he worked as a temporary hire at the Hawaii State House of Represe
	ntatives before moving to the Hawaii State Senate to work for Senator St
	anley Chang from 2017–2020. In 2020\, Tam launched a successful campaign
	 for the Hawaii State House of Representatives\, defeating a sixteen-yea
	r incumbent in the primary election. During his first term representing 
	District 22 (Waikiki\, Ala Moana)\, he served as vice chair of the House
	 Committee on Health\, Human Services\, and Homelessness\, as vice chair
	 of the House Committee on Culture and the Arts\, and member of the Hous
